BlackBerry OS 10.2.1 Begins Rolling Out Today

Today is the day most users who have not experienced BlackBerry OS 10.2.1 will get to do so as it has begun rolling out in various countries, carriers. Last week Verizon Wireless in the US opened up their servers to allow customers to download the OS and today so far it seems countries such as India, United Kingdom, Canada and a few others have started rolling out the new operating system.

Vivint Home Security APK for BlackBerry 10

For those of you that have taken the leap and invested in a home security system, particularly Vivint, this post is for you. Recently, I’ve taken the initiative to install this home security system and was attracted to the fact that they supported BlackBerry 10. Or at least that is what I was lead to believe. Well, it turns out that they support legacy devices, which is cool, but very disappointing. Lucky for me, I found the APK!

It has been a while since we seen some PlayBook love, OS 2.1.0.1753 has leaked, brought to you by the team over at BerryLeaks. While not much has changed in this version it is said to bring overall speed improvements to the PlayBook tablet. Verizon Wireless Support Site Shows OS 10.1.0.2050 For BlackBerry Z10

For all you folks that have been patiently waiting for Verizon Wireless to push out a 10.1 OS update for your BlackBerry Z10, we have a great sign that the wait may be close to being over. Verizon has just updated their support page to show information on OS 10.1.0.2050 (10.1.0.2014) for the Z10. Generally once this info is posted on the carriers site it’s a sign that the update is very close to being pushed out. You will be able to see in the two screen shots what is new is this update.
