As many of you may remember I have done a few reviews of some very nice cases for my BlackBerry Z10 from Brando Workshop in the past, and I’m happy to report those cases are still going strong. Well over the last week or so I decided to see what new things I could find for my beloved device and the only place I even thought of checking out was Brando Workshop. They have so many accessories for my Z10, Q10, and pretty much any other BlackBerry device that comes to mind it makes finding new things simple.
The new case that I decided on was the Momax Flip Diary Lattice Series and went ahead and placed my order (I actually ordered two cases but the second one I will tell you about next time). It took about a week for my package to arrive from the USPS and as I have become use too, the packaging was top notch, making sure nothing would get damaged during shipping.
Once I opened the package I saw that the Momax Flip Diary case came with a screen protector as well as a cleaning cloth. Now I’m not a big fan of screen protectors but it’s nice that they are included for any of you that use or need them. They are probably perfect for anyone that puts there BlackBerry in a purse or some other type of bag.
The case itself is a stylish and luxury leather pattern design which fits perfectly on my BlackBerry Z10. In fact, I have received a couple compliments from family and friends about how nice the case looks. Placing the device in the case was very easy, all I had to do was slide it into the tray (I wish the tray was just a little thicker) on the right hand side and my BlackBerry was protected. Once in the case I noticed there are cutouts in the tray for the media keys on one side as well as for the USB/HDMI on the other making them just as easy access as before. There is also an opening on the back for the camera.
Once my Z10 was in the case and I closed the front cover, and made sure it was held in place by the magnetic snap I noticed that the phone is fully protected. There is no part of the Z10 that’s sticking out, so if for some reason the phone gets dropped the device will (hopefully as I haven’t actually tested it) be okay.
Check out these other features of the Momax Flip Diary Lattice Series.
- Flip Diary Lattice Series for BlackBerry Z10.
- Luxury and Stylish Design.
- Equipped with a stand function by a slight bend.
- Customize your smart phone to standout with and protect it from scratches and nicks.
- Perfect cutouts and slim design allow you to maximize the functionality of your BlackBerry.
- Magnetic snap closure.
- Comes in two colors (black and brown).
Another very cool feature of the Momax Flip Diary Lattice Series is that on the inside left cover of the case there’s a functional built in card slot that is perfect for my drivers license, ID, or credit cards. I’m sure this feature will be huge for all you ladies since you can just carry what you need in the case and leave the purse at home if needed.
Now even though this case is very nice and does exactly what its suppose to there is something I would like to see changed. As you can see in the image the magnetic snap is located near the top of the case and I noticed when there is an ID or credit card in the case and then closed the bottom portion of the cover pops out just a little (easy to see when you turn the case sideways). If the magnetic snap was more in the middle it would hold the top cover firmly snug all around. Please don’t take that as a major issue because this is actually a very very minor detail but I did notice it and just wanted to point it out.
So for any of you that are ready to check out the Momax Flip Diary Lattice Series just head on over to the Brando Workshop website and grab one (or as many as you need, they make great gifts) now, they are only $23. In fact Brando Workshop not only carries any type of accessory your BlackBerry 10 or legacy device needs, but they carry accessories for other manufactures (iOS, Android, etc…) as well. So be sure to check them out, I’m positive you will be very pleased.
