BlackBerry Wins Court Order Barring Typo Case Sales

Typo Keyboard BlackBerryBlackBerry wins again, after nearly 3 months that BlackBerry had filed a lawsuit against Ryan Seacrest and Typo Products LLC in an attempt to block sales of the clone design of their physical keyboards, Typo. This win prevents Typo Product’s LLC from selling their Typo $99 keyboards which were designed for the Apple iPhone from this point forward.

Ryan Seacrest and Typo Products did indeed try to fight their case but in the end with a combination of BlackBerry’s patents and their iconic keyboard design the ruling here was in BlackBerry’s favor.  If you haven’t yet seen their mimic product you can do so here.
