You should receive an email from BlackBerry letting you know your app has been approved for the Q10 without having to make any changes.

Share on Google + has been natively built and designed to allow sharing of photos, links and text to your Google+ account. The app has been designed using native code and is excellent, I wouldn’t be surprised if this app receives the ‘Built for BlackBerry Certified’ stamp in BlackBerry World.

UberSocial for BlackBerry v1.419 Updated in BlackBerry World for Legacy Devices

UberMedia has updated their popular Twitter client for BlackBerry, UberSocial to version 1.419 for legacy devices. If you’re on OS 7.1 or below you can get this update over at BlackBerry World. This version brings a few bug fixes such as resolved Facebook authentication issues and a few others. Changes from 1.416 to 1.419 include:

Oh my, look what we have here. It’s been reported that BlackBerry has obtained a patent for a portrait QWERTY slideout device, very similar to the Torch Slider which was originally released with model No. 9800 running BlackBerry 6 OS. This USPTO doc dates back to 2011 so no telling what this could mean.

BlackBerry Q10 Smartphone Available in Canada Beginning May 1st
