Porsche and BlackBerry remain in cahoots as a Porsche Design BlackBerry P’9983 may come to life based on the info-graphic found over at e-Postel.  It’s been reported that the 3rd generation P series, the P’9983 has landed approval in Indonesia, making it the first Porsche Design BB10 powered QWERTY device. It’s speculated that the P’9983 will model after the BlackBerry Classic, focusing its luxurious design with menu buttons, a trackpad and the ever- so missed back button.

Under the hood of the device is rumored to be:

  • 3.5-inch touchscreen
  • 3 GB RAM
  • Dual-core 1.7 GHz CPU
  • 64GB Memory

According to reports, the P’9983 is in its last stage of certification and could be clear by November. No price has been set yet, but we expect the device to be in the thousands ($USD) just as the previous Porsche Design BlackBerry devices have been.  It looks like you’ll have plenty of time from now until November to save up cash should you wish to own one of these bad boys.
