Canadians, thank the bunch over at Telus Mobile in Canada for this one. If you are a Telus BlackBerry subscriber, you  now have the ease of on-device carrier billing, allowing Telus customers to bill their App World purchases directly to their monthly cell phone bill. As of now, the only carriers who offer App World billing are now Telus and AT&T. Take it how u want, the option is now available.
