Pandora To End Their Unlimited Ad Supported Streaming To Mobile Devices

Here’s a little heads up to people who love to stream music from Pandora. Today they announced they will be eliminating their unlimited ad supported music streaming through mobile devices.

Due to the increase in royalty rates Pandora says that listeners in the U.S. will be limited to 40 hours of free ad supported streaming per month beginning March 1, 2013. Pandora has also said that if you stream from a desktop computer that this change will not effect you.

Don’t worry though if you do use Pandora for 40 hours a month on your mobile device and the month isn’t complete yet there you will have the ability to keep listening for $.99 for the ad supported service. Head over to the Pandora Blog for more info.
