In their relentless effort to attract more developers to BlackBerry 10, BlackBerry has got yet another incentive up their sleeves – they have teamed with Skillsmatter to offer development training for BlackBerry 10. The first such training session will take place in the form of a BlackBerry Jam on March 7th in London, UK.
The event will be ran primarily by BlackBerry “Developer Evangelists” Luca Sale and Don Turner, with the aim of covering a wide variety of development aspects pertaining to BlackBerry 10. This includes sessions on HTML5 development using WebWorks, as well as C/C++ development through the Native SDK. Developers will also have the opportunity to chat with a number of experts to give them useful pointers, collaborate with the BlackBerry 10 development community, and learn more about BlackBerry 10 in general. BlackBerry claims that the training will benefit both beginners and experienced developers.
