How To Change the Default Search Engine on BlackBerry 10

The default search engine on BlackBerry 10 is Bing, but sometimes users may to want to mix things up by using other search engines such as Google or Yahoo.  It’s very easy on BlackBerry 10 to switch to another search engine within’ the browser

First, open up your browser.

Next, start typing in the search field, if you notice, the little Bing symbol will show in the upper right hand side.

Use the drop down, and select the search engine you wish to use, Bing, Google, or Yahoo.

IMG_00000040Now, whenever you use the search engine within’ the browser, you BlackBerry 10 device will remember which is your preferred search engine unless you memory wipe or do a factory reset.
