BlackBerry’s official BlackBerry help Twitter account has revealed that Box is working on a fix for those BlackBerry Priv users who are having trouble signing into the service. It seems as though the problem affects a large number of users too.

No information has been given on when the patch will be released, however, it shouldn’t take too long since the developers have received all of the information regarding the problem. Box has also removed the BlackBerry Priv from being a compatible device, therefore Priv users wouldn’t be able to download the app until the problem has been resolved, limiting the number of future users from encountering issues until the problem has been resolved.
