BBM continues to grow, now at 160 million registered users, John Chen announced during the Q1 earnings call, with BBM set to launch on Windows Phone next month we can expect that number to continue to grow and possibly end up being the number one mobile messenger some day.

John Chen also noted out of the 160 million registered users, 50 million use a BlackBerry device and there are 85 million active users, with BBM Stickers and new features coming to BBM we can continue to expect that number to increase especially on the enterprise user side with BBM Protected for enterprise users.
