BlackBerry Priv

The BlackBerry Priv is now available to reserve through Canadian carrier Rogers, with a confirmed price both on and off-contract.

Rogers’ online reservation system will allow customers to reserve the BlackBerry Priv for a $40 deposit. This amount is fully-refundable if you change your mind before the phone launches.

With a two-year Share Everything plan, Rogers will charge $399.99 for the Priv. If you’re looking to get it off-contract, that will set you back $799.99. It’s likely that other Canadian carriers will have similar pricing.

Rogers has not yet offered a shipping date, but the BlackBerry Priv is expected to go on sale in early November. The phone will run a security-enhanced version of Android 5.1.1, with a Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage under the hood. It will also feature a 5.4-inch QHD display with dual curves, an 18-megapixel camera with dual flash, and a 3,410 mAh battery.
