If you fancy updating the BlackBerry Link software, download the BlackBerry Blend setup executable and proceed to update BlackBerry Link. This update presumably adds support for the newly announced BlackBerry Passport.
Whilst BlackBerry Blend may not work for users without a Passport or running a higher OS 10.3 build on current in-house devices, that won’t stop BlackBerry Link to continue to work. Every update is appreciated and this time it’s no different.
Whilst there isn’t any visual changes (other than now having to sign in via web wrapper within the app), performance seemed smoother. This version sits on 1.2.4.23, compared to the current readily available version 1.2.3.56
