Snap2Chat, the native, third party Snapchat client developed by Nemory Studios has received a much needed update for BlackBerry 10 users running the app. According to the changelog, headless notifications are now fixed, but at the expense of Hub Integration.

Users including myself were experiencing non-working headless notifications. However, developer Nemory has noted that he has removed Hub Integration in the meantime until he completely sorts it out for a future release. For now, headless notifications are now working completely but through using the standard “bell” icon notification.

The changelog also includes improvements such as tapping to add a caption.

Remember, Snap2Chat will cost you $1.99/£1.50. If you don’t quite fancy paying for the app, there is also a free version available for users with some features removed.
