BlackBerry launches the BlackBerry Innovation Community – an all in one portal for BlackBerry fans and critics to provide feedback and ideas on their products and what BlackBerry can do make their services and products better for us and everyone alike.Within this community, members will be able to post ideas, vote on concepts, comment on other people’s input, and follow specific ideas. They can also participate in polls, surveys, and online focus groups.
BlackBerry acknowledges that the best way to learn is by listening to their customers. The portal hopes to provide a real-time innovation and and collaboration. By having this method of communicating between the company and customers/fans/critics, BlackBerry can turn towards this feedback and input as they continue to bring out new devices.
