The first carrier PlayBook set to launch was supposed to be the 4G version for Sprint. Well Sprint is still set to pick up the PlayBook, but not until a Wifi version lands first. An official Press Release has dropped confirming a June 05th release for the wifi PlayBook. The 16 GB will start at $499 and can be picked up in all Sprint direct ship sales channels, including Sprint Stores, Business Sales, www.sprint.com and Telesales (1-800-SPRINT1)
