WhatsApp is currently updated to version 2.9.5773.1 and ready for download for both the BlackBerry Z and Q10 devices. Exciting to see the BlackBerry OS 10.1 support! WhatsApp will still operate over your existing data plan or WiFi (if available) and be free to use for the first year.

Along with the Q10 support, there are some bug fixes, added Thai language support, an ability to clear conversations and add or remove items from the favorites list. WhatsApp basically replaces your need for SMS with its message, picture, video and voice note support along with its integration with your existing contacts. Group chat, location sharing, contact exchange and other great features are also available. Jump over to BlackBerry World and update or download this cross-platform messenger today!
