There is a lot going on when you first glance at the home screen! First of all, your chosen wallpaper appears in the full form but contained in an area to the left center of the middle. To change the wallpaper, you simply change it as usual. No special directions or steps to perform. The time and signal meters appear under the wallpaper you choose.
Now top and bottom we have meters also. The 3G signal meter is up top and your battery is below. As the percentages change, so do the colors on the meters. This theme is very colorful, what with all the items represented on the home screen.
The icon dock is a permanent dock (which means you can’t make it go away) but you CAN customize whatever you would like to see in it. It holds 12 icons and scrolls across so that you can access all 12 icons with a flick of your thumb. To the right of the center on the home screen, you have a Today Agenda which includes Messages, Calendar and BBM messages.
Near the bottom of the home screen, you have the notification bar and the wireless name. Whew! I don’t think there is any other piece of information you could possibly want to see on your home screen! A View to a Theme has it all covered! And just like James Bond, your Berry can perform a number of duties without you having to press a button. Although, if we give 9of13 a few days, maybe he can make your Berry shoot like a phaser! That’s really all that is missing!
