Verizon Wireless’s CEO Dan Mead had nothing but but positive things to say about BlackBerry as he spoke in an investors conference yesterday, CNET reports that Dan Mead definitely sees a bright future for BlackBerry. Mr. Mead spoke specifically about the BlackBerry Z10 and Q10 devices saying the Z10 still has a large loyal userbase and the demand for the Q10 is there. He was quoted as:
We’re hopeful it will meet the needs for our customers who have been loyal BlackBerry customers.
No launch date for the BlackBerry Q10 device as soon as we get a specific date we will let you all know! Hopefully Z10 users will get that needed OS update that Verizon has not pushed out, possibly OS 10.1.
