SoundHound For BlackBerry 10

Ever since launch, one of the major app omissions on BlackBerry 10 has been the lack of a music search app that can listen to and identify songs, such as Shazam. Luckily, the popular music search app SoundHound has been released for BlackBerry 10 today.

The app was confirmed by BlackBerry just earlier today as part of the App Wednesday list.  Many people have been waiting to see this app for a while now, but the wait seems to have been worth it – SoundHound took the time and effort to make it a native app, including support for both the Z10 and the Q10. It’s free, doesn’t require any registration, and even has a lyrics feature. So if you ever find yourself wondering what that song on the radio is, this might be an app worth downloading! Check it out on BlackBerry World here.
