Snap v3 Beta 2 is now available for users to download and sideload onto their BlackBerry 10 device. This update brings many changes, including fixes and added features such as a “What’s New section” to the app page. Snap for BlackBerry 10 is a native, third party Google Play Store for BB10 users that allow to download and install the GPS app catalogue that holds over 1.2 million Android Apps. It serves as a native solution for users that wish to access the Google Play Store on their BlackBerry 10 device. Read the full changelog to the latest update below:
- Fixed encoding issues for non-latin character sets
- Fixed Share/Open in Browser action items on App page
- Fixes for UI/Layout issues on Q10, Classic, and Passport
- Fixed issue when pressing Download button before App page loads completely
- Fixed scrolling for changelog, known issues, and upcoming features.
- Fixed a few cases preventing some users to download/update apps
- Added “What’s New” section to App page
- Fixed repeated apps in My Apps -> Available
- Moved Home/My Apps to action bar
- Fixed issue after successful install when App page still shows “Open Installer”
- Added link to open App page from Downloads List
