With BlackBerry 10.2.1 allowing you to install APK files directly from your phone, I decided to put together a how-to on pulling apks using the APK Downloader which could be done on any browser, device or desktop.
There may be many several different ways to pull apks or simply download them from another site that hosts them. The method I will be showing you is the easiest, in my opinion.
First off:
- Visit the Google Play Store and search for the app you want
- In this how-to we will test Instagram, I did a search for Instagram on the Google Play Store and it gave me this url: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.instagram.android
- That url will be needed for the APK Downloader by evozi here See image:
As you can see from the image above, I highlighted in red what part of the URL is the Package name which could be used to generate the download link or you could simply use the whole Google Play URL which will generate the APK as well.
After link is generated you will be able to download APK.
