For all of you wondering when the BlackBerry Playbook is launching, we’ve got word that the tablet will go on sale at the end of Q1, begining of March 2011. The guys over at knowyourmobile have obtained intel that A RIM representative Gregory Wade, regional VP for Asia Pacific of RIM, told Digitimes that RIM’s tablet offering will first be available to the US market. He also stated that the PlayBook will go on sale by the end of Q1 2011. Once it hits the US first, it will launch everywhere else after. According to sources,the PlayBook will be availble just in time to catch up and compete with the ipad 2 that is set to launch in February 2011. Are you ready to start calling plays with a PlayBook?
