PlayBook to Get Specific Video Conferencing App?

The guys from PC World have caught up with David Heit, RIM’s VP of enterprise strategy and have asked them something that a lot of us curious about.  We know the PlayBook is coming out with two cameras, one in the rear and a standard frontal camera, so what does it mean when it comes to video conferencing? Will we use third party clients like Skype or oovoo?

According to the VP of enterprise strategy, the tablet will feature, peer-to-peer video-conferencing, with a PlayBook specific app. When asked about a launch date, the VP responded with, “Very soon.”

So for those who normally get into battles with iOS users about video conferencing, the Playbook should put an end to that dispute.
