BBM is said to continue to add new features to its cross platform apps, including BlackBerry devices, while BlackBerry introduced BBM Channels and BBM Stickers via BBM Shop not too long ago, these features will be getting enhanced on the next update. Features to include:
- BBM Call ratings – users are prompted to rate their BBM call right after hanging up. This will help BlackBerry to maintain quality.
- BBM Shop promotions – similar to BlackBerry World, BBM Shop may also see promotions on stickers and wallpapers.
- Sponsored Content – while many see sponsored content already, the next update will bring more along the ability to block them.
This update is rumored to be released within the coming weeks.
