According to the press release, C-Mail adds considerable enhancements over Gmail’s priority inbox. The enterprise software technology intelligently and accurately learns fast changing priorities, not only from the individual but from the group and enterprise as well. The solution works within MS Outlook ’07 and ’10 along with the latest BlackBerry smartphone models.
Built with situational and inherent smart algorithms, the Dynamic Prioritization technology is capable of familiarizing with user’s clicking behavior, past email history, group intelligence and company business rules that can be easily configured using administrative console. Users need not have to endlessly sift through unimportant email to find important email, make reference folder to park email or purge inbox of old emails.
