Sophie is a sophisticated theme of simple and functional icons. The OS7 icons are created by Matt Ginsberg who leads the way on innovation with icons at his bbthemelabs. There is a notification banner at the top of the home screen and…well, that’s it.
The clock is tiny so as not to obscure your wallpaper. It is a shortcut to the Clock options. The signal meter leads to Manage Connections. The notification bar is a shortcut to wu-wei’s signature Today Agenda. When you click on the bar, a Message Center pops up; Messages, Text Messages and Phone Messages, which can be found with the first of three icons at the top of the screen.
The second or middle icon leads to the Organizer: Calendar, Tasks, and MemoPad. The right-most icon is called Networking and lists BlackBerry Messenger texts. The small icons are not very noticeable and again, you see mostly your wallpaper and nothing else. But the icons provide function when you need them.
