Brew Themes has released a new Halloween theme for your BlackBerry phone for both OS6 and OS5. Jack O’Lantern is MiddBrew’s latest and it is a really functional theme with superb Halloween touches. The theme has a hide-able OCD and hide-able 5 icon dock and a carved pumpkin hourglass, too!

The home screen features of Jack O’Lantern are so cute. At the top, the banner is a spider web. If you want an orange transparency behind it, use ?/! to turn it from orange banner to see-thru spider web. The OCD slot is hide-able as well with #/*. The notification bar is a shortcut for your Messages Inbox.
The signal meters are in the right hand corner and the 5 icon dock is hide-able as well. Use +/ESC to show and hide the dock. Have you seen the apps screen? OMG! The bats and glowing jack o’lantern are really neat Halloween touches!
And with each new notification you see a tiny witch’s hat appear on your icons. Adorable. Icons easy to see. Bright orange focus icon. Menus have an orange highlight. Your user-selected fonts are used throughout the theme except for the home screen. Very wallpaper friendly.
This theme is functional and cute. You can access your messages with the notification bar. The signal numeral on the left, leads to Manage Connections. And the clock sends you to Clock Options. All this and great Halloween graphics.
