Laura Bush admits she’s addicted to her BlackBerry.
“My daughters say, ‘Mother, put it down when you’re talking to us,’” the former first lady told ASI Radio in a recent interview.
“I had not used a computer in the eight years I spent in the White House and I didn’t know a thing about BlackBerries, and now, like everyone in the U.S., I have one in my hand every moment. I’m addicted to it,” Bush told ASI Radio.

Bush said she regularly exchanges text messages with her twin daughters, Barbara Bush and Jenna Bush Hager.
“We seldom talk on the phone anymore. We type,” the former first lady said.
