India Banning BlackBerry?

Within six days from now it will be known if BlackBerry service will be banned in India by the Indian government. The reason the RIM ban is being considered is because the country believes that their communication security could be compromised by radical militants. RIM was given until August 31st to come up with a secure way to read and keep track of secure messages used and sent from their devices. Currently RIM as well as other telecommunication companies and the Indian government are working on ways to access encrypted data in a indecipherable format. If a solution is not found RIM could lose their entire market in India which is expanding at a fast rate, which in turn will plummet the companies worth.
