RIM has posted the steps needed for logging  into the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) account for T-Mobile subscribers. Continue reading for the steps.
To log into a BlackBerry® Internet Service for T-Mobile® account, complete the following steps:
On a computer, navigate to to www.my.t-mobile.com
Select to Login from the top of the page
Enter the phone number of the BlackBerry® smartphone and the T-Mobile account passwordNote: If the password is forgotten, refer to the Additional Information section below.
Along the bottom of the page, under MobileLife, select Configure Email
If an error is displayed when attempting to add an email address, refer to KB10453
