Looks like the Google Play Store will be coming to BlackBerry 10 after all in a third party reverse engineered app, very similar to the way iGrann which replaces Instagram beautifully. After BlackBerry made a statement about Google Play Store not coming to BlackBerry 10 but the Store whitelisted in the latest BlackBerry 10.2.1 leak:
Also the ability to install APKs directly from your phone is there, this made it interesting enough that the same developer who developed iGrann and reverse engineered Instagram has a project he is going to bring to BlackBerry 10, that is bring the Google Play Store.
