BlackBerry has added a new method of receiving free BES10 licenses, with the current trade up program still in effect BlackBerry has introduced another way to accomplish this.
When you activate a new BlackBerry 10 smartphone on your BES10 server between July 1st, 2013 and August 31st, 2013, you’ll be eligible to receive two BES10 EMM Corporate v10.1 perpetual Client Access Licenses at no additional cost. These two licenses can be used to manage BlackBerry 10, iOS, and Android devices from the single administration console of BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.
