Here we have screenshots of the BlackBerry 10 initial setup, as soon as you turn on your phone for the first time you will be asked to setup and configure your basic settings. As you could see from the screenshot above you first select your language following by connecting to your mobile network:
After selecting your preferred language, connecting to a mobile network, an agreement form is displayed:
 Upon agreeing to terms you are now asked to log in using your BlackBerry ID:
Then comes the diagnostics and location feature:
