First look at the BlackBerry 10 Voice Command

As the launch date draws near, more and more features begin to show near-final form and functionality like the voice command images we have here. RIM has managed to keep us on our toes from early this year and I’m pretty sure when we get our hands on the BB10 devices the new OS will be packed with even more surprises.

A few months back we had an early taste of BB 10 Voice Command in Dev Alpha & today we get to see it functioning on BB10 in these newly leaked pictures with revamped UI.

These images come from VietnameseĀ sources who also leaked clear pictures & a video of what we think might be the final BB10 device last week.

We are not too sure of its full functionality yet, but we all know its going to be pitted against the functionality of iPhone’s Siri Voice Assistant. Hopefully it will go beyond just voice dialling and search and get full BlackBerry Hub integration, I can only imagine the possibilities of that. While the UI looks plain and simple, we believe RIM only means to highlight functionality across the OS and the final interface will probably only be seen in the official OS – but that’s just our two cents. These screens were grabbedĀ on current OS10 Beta so we should expect few changes on the final build.
