Fairfax Financial Holding has submitted its draft for the takeover of BlackBerry, while there are currently other companies interested in bidding on BlackBerry, Fairfax CEO Prem Watsa has lead the way with his firm offer, now a draft proposal for the takeover. While the “other” company Cerberus has signed a non-disclosure agreement it is not in a joint bid with Fairfax, rather a rival bid.

Former Co-CEO Mike Lazaridis is also rumored to be involved in a joint bid, as with who or if completely true a spokesperson for Mr. Lazaridis declined to comment.
