Evernote Was Hacked Requiring All Passwords to Be Reset

For all of you that have a Evernote account you may want to reset your login password as soon as you can. Looks like the Evernote site was hacked into and according to their blog the hackers may have compromised some emails, usernames, and encrypted passwords.

The good news is that the passwords that are stored with Evernote are protected by one-way encryption. When Evernote investigated the issue they found no evidence that any content you store in Evernote was accessed in anyway. The hackers also in no way accessed any payment information for Evernote Premium or Business customers.

So In order to make sure all of your information is secure the next time you try to sign in to Evernote you will be required to reset your password.
