Personally I found that the call seemed to cover most of what is already known about this outage but does address some of the users concerns regarding the data backlog.
And whilst the issue has now spread from the EMEA areas to North America, Canada & Latin America RIM assures users it that their tech teams are doing their best to plough through the backlog.
