According to the post on Inside BlackBerry Developer Blog, Garett of RIM Developer Relations Team will be hosting a webinar which will provide developers an understanding of Cascades™, as well as how to get started in developing using the new SDK: Astonishing UIs using the new BlackBerry 10 framework
