We just wanted to share with you a great new app from BachKhoa University called AntiTheft Alarm. The developer has just reached out to us to let us know the app is now available for download in BlackBerry World for BlackBerry 10 devices. What is AntiTheft Alarm? Well in a nutshell it’s the perfect tool to keep burglars and thieves away from your BlackBerry.
Do you leave the your device laying around, like maybe at work or when you are out with friends? If you answered yes then this app is just what you need. Just activate AntiTheft Alarm and if someone touches the device an alarm will go off letting you know it’s in danger. There are some nice features within the app which you will find below and it’s super simple to setup.

- Editable sensitivity

How to use:
- At first, go to settings then select the alarm sound from the dropdown menu. If you don’t choose any sound, the default alarm sound will be used.
- Select the sensitivity. AntiTheft Alarm will monitor your device movements based on this preset sensitivity.
- Set the password in order to prevent someone else from accessing the app or your settings.
- Set toggle for background and vibrate modes.
- After all the settings are done just return to the home screen and press the start button.
