BlackBerry sells its headquarters campus in Las Colinas, Texas

berry-1024x593BlackBerry has sold its U.S. headquarters campus in Las Colinas, Texas, their headquarters in the U.S., according to sources the campus was sold after months of marketing the property to potential buyers.

The building was purchased by BlackBerry in 2009 at the time there was a large number of growing employment base in the area, with the company downsizing its employees it was in BlackBerry’s best interest to sell.

Canadian investor Brookfield Property Group purchased the Riverside Commons 6-building, 460,000-square-foot office property located on State Highway 114. – Dallas News
