BlackBerry PlayBook 16GB placed on the “to be discontinued” list

Mobile Syrup reports that Telus are going to be discontinuing the BlackBerry PlayBook 16GB  in effort to promote other newer tablets. The 16GB is being discontinued and no word yet of the 32GB or 64GB models. What is your take on this?
