As many of you may know the BlackBerry BES 12 event has been taking place today and Billy has been keeping you up to date with everything that is happening there. Well we also wanted to let you know that starting today you can pre-order the BlackBerry Classic through ShopBlackBerry for $449.00 with the device being expected to start shipping mid-December. As we have already let you know the launch event for the Classic is December 17th so that’s where the ship date is coming from.

Please note that on the ShopBlackBerry website it states the BlackBerry Classic will not work on Verizon, Sprint, or US Cellular networks. I sure hope somewhere along the line that changes since I am with Verizon and ready to update from the BlackBerry Q10.
