Blackberry Bold 9700 Officially Announced

RIM officially announced the Blackberry Bold 9700 Smartphone. With all the hype around this phone for the past months the wait is finally over. Once announced by RIM it’ll be only a matter of weeks before the phone is released to all the carriers. Rogers has announced that the phone will be available for $299 on a three year contract with a minimum voice and data plan of $45. AT&T has announced the phone will be available for $199 after a $100 mail in rebate. T-Mobile has announced they will carry the 9700 but with UMA support that will allow WIFI voice calling but no price has been released. Other carriers has yet to release pricing.
