Here is part 2 of the Bold 9700 BB6 project. We have the full set of instructions to install BlackBerry 6. I was excited to record these videos and upset when I found out the OS didn’t work so easily. Now that I have OS 6, I can say that it is worth the trouble. I said before, that memory leaks don’t really bother me. My device functions well and rarely slows down, even when the memory is low. This process isn’t too tedious as long as BBSAK cooperates with you. There’s another way to delete the necessary COD without BBSAK. I didn’t have enough time to add it to this video; I had already cut minutes out off of this one. I didn’t tell you where to get the OS because I can provide you with a download link myself. I won’t post it here either so, send me your pin/email, comment the video, or leave Kris/John Pinkerton a message in the forum and I’ll make sure you get a link. I hope you enjoy this video…later.
In the meantime, Hit the More button so you can see the boot- time. It has been cut in half in comparison to previous operating systems.
