On my way to the university this morning I noticed my Twitter timeline was not refreshing. I said to myself,”Of course it can’t be SocialScope.” I tried sending emails and I noticed a slight delay as well too. Then I said to myself, “Ok T-mobile, here we go again.” Turns out, it’s not twitter,SocialScope nor T-Mobile, the problems lies within Rims BIS. How do I know it is a BIS problem? Because RIM has said so themselves. Earlier RIM reported of degradation and issues in the Americas. It seems to be plaguing mostly BIS users and very few Enterprise users as well. Users are experiencing problems such as late emails which concerns me the most, a slow and timed out browser problem, and what seems to be bothering other users heavily, the inability to update social networking sites like twitter and facebook. So BB users just be patient while RIM gets everything back up to speed. Until now, if you really need to communicate, especially mass communicate, start firing up your trusty personal computers!
