Best Buy in a mobile promo roundup has given out a clue as to early adoption rate for the BlackBerry PlayBook. The big-box retail chain said it had already had “very high” hopes based on its BlackBerry phone experience and “far exceeded” its expectations in the more than a week of initial sales. Actual sales of the tablet weren’t given out.
