BBM Channels now available on Hootsuite for Businesses to further engage with their fans and followers

Today, BlackBerry and Hootsuite announced an exclusive partnership that will give BBM Channels a dedicated app for Hootsuite, a Social Media Management service for Businesses and Enterprise to manage and engage with their social followers and fans. 

On the official BlackBerry blog, the post describes how users can now easily share other social posts from Twitter and Facebook to BBM Channels easily and conveniently. This will also work the other way round, if a BBM Channel post becomes popular or you wish to share that post on Twitter and Facebook, a simple click of a button will allow you to do so.

The BBM Channels app for Hootsuite makes it easy to incorporate your BBM Channel strategy into your overall social media initiatives. You’re now able to share posts from Twitter and Facebook directly to your BBM Channel with just a few clicks, so you can always keep your Channel up-to-date with the most immersive content and conversations. This is great for organisations who wish to incorporate their use major social platforms into one, especially those that rely on social media the most. Hootsuite has over 10 million users which is encouraging to say the least.
