Everyone I talk to that owns a BlackBerry always commends how convenient the Delete Prior function is to delete SMS and practically everything you have controlled under that median. The Call Log however, rarely gets mentioned. I decided to break away from the books, and the media for a moment so I can provide you with the necessary steps needed to perform this quick function. No software needed, no cables needed, no syncing required. Just follow the ordinal steps below.
-Go to the Phone Application
-Click Menu then select Options
-Select Call Logging and set to All Calls. Save.
-Go to the Message List application. Click Menu, select View Folder.
-In View Folder, go to Phone Call Logs folder.
-In the Phone Call Logs, click on Menu and select Delete Prior.
-You will be asked to delete all prior items. Click Delete.
And there you go. While in the face of the public, this serves as a good tool to prevent unwanted parties from looking at who is on your call log. Don’t be a victim, and now have a free mind when you or your BlackBerry is out in the public. Don’t forget to share!
