Last night I plugged in my BlackBerry Bold 9700 to the pc via usb cable. So I’m paying attention and I see the charging bolt come on and turn off. As my stomach begins to rise, the first thing that comes to mind is,
“Is my micro USB port going bad?”

I unplug the charger, and reconnect it. Same thing. Today at work, I noticed the blinking but I also noticed that the device still charged up without a problem. I get home and again, I’m seeing the yellow charging bolt blink like my car’s turn signal. I’ve never seen this happen to my device.
Two different computers, two separate cables so it’s not a hardware issue. Come to think of it, I recently installed a Leaked OS, version 6.0.0.499 so that might be the issue. If any BlackBerry users out there have just updated your OS to a leaked one and are experiencing this mishap, let me know so we can come to a consensus as to what the actual problem is. As long as it charges, it does not bother me.
